Partnering with Global & Regional Executives to define operational strategies and approach to support our overall business strategy.

Vice President, Americas Operational Excellence; 2017 – 2023

Responsible for leading OPEX for GEODIS Americas focused on developing, optimizing, and implementing efficient operational processes for all warehouse solutions in North & South America. Providing direct leadership of 4 organizations focused on operational leadership and support efforts including new business implementations, process / performance engineering, operation recovery & support, technology adoption and innovation. Identify and develop operational best practices driving innovation, optimization, and standardization for warehouse functions.

Senior Director, Operations Strategy & Process Improvement; 2015 – 2017

Lead and directly managed all operation support functions and continuous improvement efforts for a client network spanning 5 states, 12 operations, and 4 lines of business for a prominent Fortune 50 Hi-Tech retailer. Provide organizational leadership responsible for all inventory, quality, engineering, and analytics teams with an objective to deliver a perfect service and providing a platform for stable and organic growth meeting our clients needs.

Served as a resource, asset, and logistics analyst providing divisional support for the US Army’s 2nd Infantry Division (HHX G1) in Uijongbu, South Korea. Served as a personnel records administrator and designed, lead, and reconcile activities for the US Army’s 1st Infantry Division (38th PSB) in Kitzingen, Germany.
